Nwankwo Ugochukwu Evans is an entrepreneur, writer, scientist, evangelist and most importantly – a teacher. He’s the founder of Evans Ephod Integrated Farms, a livestock management farm which integrates catfish rearing with poultry in Enugu, Nigeria. He’s seeking to provide micro hatcheries within Southeast metropolis for both species which will reduce the cost of production for agro SME hubs by 50 percent, while consistently delivering affordable, healthier food choices to homes, and eliminating cardiac and age-related conditions as a result of unhealthy diets. When not reading or working in a lab, he can be found weaving witty words in wonder and in awe.
