OMLA Leadership Bootcamp
The OMLA Leadership Bootcamp is an annual capacity-building program for secondary school students majorly from marginalized aged 13-18. Our vision is to train young Africans in leadership and entrepreneurship, empowering them to positively impact their communities and Africa.
OMLA Bootcamp is more than just a leadership program; it’s a movement to transform Africa from the ground up. We bring together promising young people from marginalized communities to connect, inspire, and empower them to become positive change agents.
Our Impact
The OMLA Bootcamp have successfully trained over 200 young teenagers across 9 marginalized communities.
Through the OMLA bootcamp, we have established OMLA Clubs in 13 schools, engaging over 500 young people who are equipped with knowledge and skills which is needed for them to keep making positive impacts in their schools and communities. positive change agents.

Bootcamp 2025
We’re thrilled to announce the third edition of the OMLA Leadership Bootcamp, specifically designed to empower and equip the next generation of African changemakers.
This year, we’re welcoming 17 schools from rural communities within Ondo State, Nigeria. Over 200 students have been meticulously screened for this prestigious program, and we can’t wait to unleash their potential.
The OMLA 2025 Bootcamp, proudly approved by the Ministry of Education, Ondo State, provides a dynamic learning experience focused on; leadership and sustainability, climate change, Entrepreneurship, Career orientation and development.
OMLA CLUB
The OMLA club is a continuation of the bootcamp training activities. It is a platform for students to continue their leadership journey, applying the skills and knowledge gained from the OMLA Bootcamp to make a positive impact in their communities.
Also, competitions are been organized within the clubs to widen the horizon of the club members.
